SGFinished and carbonated my third attempt at a gluten-free NA beer. Ironically it has turned out to be easier than I initially thought. All it takes is mashing short and hot just like when using glutenous grains. Mashing hot I was worried about foam but thus far it doesn’t seem to be an issue. So far I’ve kept it real simple by just making more basic styles such as pales and reds. My third attempt came out at roughly 0.4%. I say that because I just don’t fully trust the subjectivity of hydrometers. Cheers!!
