Appearance: dark straw, hazy, white head that faded quickly.
Aroma: light lemon aroma with hints of coriander. Very low malt presence.
Taste: very low malt presence, Medium lemon flavour, with light saltiness that rounds out the body. Salt and light coriander play well together, and shine on into the soft, slightly tart finish. Very refreshing, and easy drinking.
Next time, I might add to grapefruit peel to the tincture, to get some grapefruit flavour in there.
