Brewed this one for “damp January.” This beer means a good deal to me as I was raised in a rural Missionary Baptist Church which if you didn’t know typically abstains from alcohol. Especially the preacher and deacons, which my dad is one. It’s important for me to share what I love (homebrewing!) with my dad and this is the product. Really looking forward to my next attempt at NA, I think I’m going to do a NZ Pils next.
