This is my first NA style beer. Its not perfect and missing that lovely sweet malt flavour from a ~5% pale ale and the like.
My equipment is a Keg King Robobrew V1 and their Fermenter King Jr.
Mash and everything was easy as, nothing I haven’t done before, just some higher temps and shorter times. Boil was actually 15 mins haha
It’s a really easy beer to drink!!!
Sweet but a bit too bready for me, and don’t get me wrong, my favourite beer styles are Hefeweizen and Witbier.
Next time I’d take out the wheat and use more darker or caramel malts, especially for a pale ale.
Hops are great.
