SGMy first NA brew – F All Therapy Hazy IPA 0.4% 25 IBU
I scaled back the malt bill from my favourite full strength recipe, Therapy Hazy IPA 6.6%, which was inspired by David Heath Verdant IPA.
30 min mash at 80C, 30 min boil, Citra/Galaxy/Idaho 7 in whirlpool and dry hop (at cold crash). 1.016 to 1.013 with Verdant yeast.
Pretty happy for my first attempt, aroma is great, a bit grainy and dryer than I would like though. Didn’t quite hit my gravity, going to increase malt bill and go for a bit higher gravity next time, and mash a couple of degrees lower. Will switch out Galaxy next time also.
