This one is a hazy IPA. Finished at 0.7% with good body, solid head retention, and big hop aroma

Ingredients

  • Malts – 30 min mash @ 80C
  • 2.5lbs Maris Otter

  • 1lb unmalted wheat

  • 1lb rolled oats

  • 0.5lbs Munich 60

  • Hops
  • 3oz Citra at flameout

  • Dry Hop
  • 3oz Citra

  • 2oz Mosaic

  • Yeast
  • SO4

  • Other

  • Added 10mL of glycerine to the keg

  • Acidified to ~4.6 before fermentation
