SGMeet Ira, my first (successful) NA homebrew. I’ve brewed many beers in my past, but brewing a non-alcoholic one was a special challenge on which I still have a lot of work to do. This one’s a little too bitter with not enough hop aroma, so next time I’ll just do late addition hops in the boil. The maltodextrin really seems to help the body, but it results in a very hazy end result.
