SGI brewed it with a Hoppy Blonde in mind but it is surprisingly more bitter than what I expected from a 0.4 and 0.7 IBU/SG beer. I suspect that although I used a hop spider I still get more bitterness from no-chill (Ill need to do a BIAB vs. chilled wort brew some time after I dailed this in properly) IBU/SG seems to be crucial in these low OG beers. imo 0.5 might be the sweet spot for this particular recipe

15min: 8.8g Cascade (9.6), 8.8g Centennial (8.3), 4.4g Saaz (3)
10 min: Whirlpool at 80C: 4.4g Cascade (9.6) 4.4g Centennial (8.3) 2.2g Saaz (3)
- Yeast
Fermented with US-O5 @ 20C.
Method
- Malts: Hot mashed @ 80 C for 60 min, pH 5.6, Boil for 30 min, temp drop to 80 C for a 10 min whirlpool addition, no-chill all hops remaining in the kettle – Stats: OG: 1.020 FG: 1.016 = 0.5 % abv. IBU: 8.2 EBC: 11.2
