This is first tasting of the scaled up Muntons NA Malt Extract pale ale from the 4.5 ltr tests to an 11 ltr batch. As it was hot cubed/no chilled with a larger volume, I get a touch more bitterness come through (which I warmly welcome), plenty of dank pine from the simcoe, and juicy fruit flavours from the citra, along with some lovely maltiness and biscuit flavours.
