My latest beer pouring on the tap, this was meant to be a slight adjustment to my American Light Lager, but having such a light base, the melanoidins took over pushing it into Märzen instead, I’m not complaining haha, it could benefit from some Saaz to be more traditional, but I quite like the Super Pride for bittering and a little citrus. It did also over attenuate so it came in at 1.1% abv instead, but nothing a little adjustment won’t fix.
