Getting a quick taste of the Czech Pale Lager 0.7% abv that has been condition in the keg for the past month. I dosed a little gelatin into the keg to speed up clarification and it has certainly done the trick. I love my hoppy beers as much as the next hop head, but sometimes you can’t go past a beautiful crisp, malty, toasty lager. I love these beers, so simple and tasty.
