I cannot believe how well this ended up tuning out. The beer is actually quite drinkable. Still a bit thin bodied but I’m not sure there’s a ton more that I can do for it.

  • NEM Malts

  • 2kg Golden promise

  • 1kg Munich

  • Mini Mash Malts

  • Mini Mash – 30 min @ 69C

  • 100g Caraaroma (just for body and color)

  • 200g Munich

  • 300g oats

  • Hops

  • Sequoia Hops

  • Yeast

  • Escarpment Horniadal Kveik
