SGAroma: Light malt sweetness, floral earthiness, spice?
Taste: Light refreshing maltness, light sweetness, faint hints of floral, with a faint spicyness on the back end. Very smooth and balanced, light and refreshing with a soft full mouthfeel.
Overall….
I’m really impressed with this beer, it’s a nice break from my regular lagers and ales and another beer that fits the rotation nicely. It’s extremely refreshing, palatable, and really quenches the thirst (so much it makes you want another sip, after having a sip). It has a really full, and nice mouthfeel, keeping it from being watery. I did overshoot my predicted FG by a couple of points, which is surprising considering it was fermented with Lallemand London, but it’s still within my limits so that’s fine, as I can make a couple of tweaks to get me under 0.5%. It’s a touch paler than I’d have hoped, but that’s fine also, maybe a touch of Carafa III to tip the colour slightly.
I’d encourage you to have a crack at it yourself, and let us know how you go!
