SGI brewed it with a Hoppy Blonde in mind but it is surprisingly more bitter than what I expected from a 0.4 and 0.7 IBU/SG beer. I suspect that although I used a hop spider I still get more bitterness from no-chill (Ill need to do a BIAB vs. chilled wort brew some time after I dailed this in properly) IBU/SG seems to be crucial in these low OG beers. imo 0.5 might be the sweet spot for this particular recipe

10 min: Whirlpool at 80C: 4.4g Cascade (9.6) 4.4g Centennial (8.3) 2.2g Saaz (3)
Yeast
Fermented with US-O5 @ 20C.
Method
- NEM beer recipe: Cold Mash at 10°C for 24 hrs. pH 5.5. Boil for 30 min, temp drop to 80 C for a 10 min whirlpool addition, no-chill all hops remaining in the kettle – Stats: OG 1.011 FG 1.006, 0.66% abv. IBU: 8.2 EBC 11.2
