It’s time to drink! After 1 week cold crash, and 2 weeks lagering this 1.1% abv Lager is ripe for the take (although further lagering could definetly benefit). With a great malty/bready flavour and aroma, low hop flavour with a well balanced bitterness, and a constantly clearing clarity, this beer will be a favourite for summer.
